This two-story bespoke build home features a seamless blend of modern design and quality construction, offering a casual beach lifestyle just three blocks away from convenient public beach access. A private getaway for family and guests to sleep is on the first level, while the primary bedroom suite shares the second floor with an inviting living room and fresh kitchen equipped with upgraded appliances. Modern farmhouse with shiplap detailing, and sleek quartz countertops add a touch of sophistication, and luxury Vinyl plank floor throughout the unit ensures an painless to clean surface for your family beachgoers. 

This property is stringently No Family Animals: property owner family member is severely allergic to pet hair. We are sorry, support animals cannot be accommodated at this property.

Parking: Shared Driveway - Parking on the Right Side for four cars: 2 in the paved drive, 2 in the gravel if modest (Size Dependent). The garage is for storage only, no parking in garage. Please do not park on the left side or block the entrance. Gas golf Carts Only - No exterior outlets.

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds. 

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:
No family pets allowed.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
