You'll be "Dune the Happy Dance" when you book this splendid 4 bedroom/3 bath home! We offer an simple all inclusive nightly rate with no additional cleaning or linen costs. You will be greeted with CONCIERGE LINEN AND TOWEL SERVICE. Upon your arrival, all beds will be completely made with kitchen and bath towels supplied. Please note: we do NOT provide beach towels or toiletries. Unwind and savor the amenities that award-winning Sunset Beach has to offer at "DUNE THE HAPPY DANCE", a west-end, fifth row beach home ideally poised just a few steps from the beach. Once you're on the beach, you are only about a football field's walk to Bird Island. With 40th Street being the end of the island, 37th Street is one of the closest walks to the famed Kindred Spirit Mailbox. This inviting comfortable home features cavernous vaulted ceilings throughout with TWO PRIMARY SUITES and private baths along with two additional bedrooms connecting to a third jack-n-jill bath. With two king beds, two full beds, two twin beds, the home sleeps 10 with bespoke designed furnishings, cheerful paint in all rooms, 7 ceiling fans with remotes, stainless appliances, bespoke wood countertops, well-outfitted kitchen with all the pots/pans, dishes, etc. you could possibly need including both a Keurig (bring your favorite pods) and a traditional coffee maker. The home includes hi speed wi-fi and cable and intelligent TVs for your convenience to log into with your own streaming accounts during your visit. Soak up the sun and sounds of the ocean from EITHER the upsized screened porch off the back of the home or the upsized sun deck on the front of the home. Both have seating for 10! Mosquitos will not be invited to your gathering as additional care has been taken to screen the entire back porch including the deck floor. Outside conveniences include a grille, outside shower, wide selection of outdoor furnishings, beach chairs, body boards, sand toys, umbrella, and two picnic tables. Inhale the ocean breeze calming in the hammock or bring your own eno to appreciate. Rainy day entertainment includes your choice from numerous board games, puzzles, and books for our guests' enjoyment. DUNE THE HAPPY DANCE rents SATURDAY -SATURDAY during the peak summer weeks. It is also ideal for off season weekend retreats with nightly rental available and a minimum of 3 nights. Some dates during the off season offer a 10% discount for a 7 nighttime stay. Dune the Happy Dance, with two primary suites, is the ideal vacation home for multiple families, multi-generational families, girls weekend, and golf weekends. Hear the ocean from the back porch and sink into total relaxation in the evenings after a day of play in the waves and sand. Unwind with a book on the couch swing under the home. As much as we adore four legged furry family members, we do not allow family pets in this home. If evidence of a pet is found during the stay, guests will be asked to leave immediately for breach of contract with no refund for remaining nights and the returnable deposit will be withheld. If evidence of a pet is found after departure, charges will apply. We want to maintain the highest quality of our home for your enjoyment and enjoyment at the beach.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
