Lil Nauti is a pretty, well appointed, new home, constructed in 2022.  Located on the east end of Sunset Beach, this home features a great location with a water view and a private pool.  Sit back and savor your favorite drink on either of the two covered decks while appreciating the coastal breezes.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as swimming.

How to get the best value:

  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked very early.   • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disrespectful vacationers disrupting your peaceful home life. Apply the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to inspire future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
