Inside, step onto warm hardwoods in the well-appointed kitchen of this comfortable, open floor plan. You'll appreciate the gleaming granite counters, sizable prep island with breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and cavernous pantry. The close by dining set is sided by a wall of natural light-sharing windows. Savor nibbles here or through the French doors to the home-length screen porch where you can commune with the Island's generous nature while savoring bites or your first cup of joe. An additional $300 nonrefundable pet fee is required if bringing along a dog. This home only has membership to the Shoal's Club, there is no membership to the BHI Club.
