Standing tall against the shores of East Beach, this cavernous home offers vistas that can’t be beat along with fast and painless beach access and ample parking for your entire crew.

The first level is dedicated to common spaces. Here you’ll find the comfortable living room, with plenty of seating and spectacular ocean vistas. Gather with family to savor a movie on the flatscreen T.V., with the addition of three DVD players on the property. Bathed in natural light, the sturdy dining table seats 10 for meals or board games, with an additional three seats at the adjacent breakfast bar.

The kitchen is entirely outfitted with everything you’ll need to prepare traditional family recipes or the catch of the day. Ample counterspace and plenty of cabinets make set up and cooking a breeze. And if you prefer to dine al fresco, the broad ocean-facing deck offers seating options for meals and after-dinner drinks. Watch sunset colors paint the horizon as shorebirds swoop for their supper, or stretch out on the padded lounge chairs for a sun-kissed afternoon nap.

Upstairs, each bedroom has its own flatscreen T.V. for your personal entertainment. The master bedroom provides a queen bed and an attached private bath, as well as direct access to a private balcony. A second oceanfront bedroom furnished with a king bed features exceptional vistas to wake up to each morning. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
