New ground level pet-friendly property listing in Royal Poste! This condo is adjacent to The Sea Trail Maples Course and is located ONLY 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach. The condo location is convenient for both golf and beach lovers seeking a vacation in a resort setting. The condo has two bedrooms/two full baths with 1 king bed in the front bedroom and 1 king bed in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a private adjoining full bath. The king beds in both bedrooms can be split into 2 twins upon request. There are 3 flat panel intelligent T.V.s with a enormous screen in the living room (streaming service only - guests must use own streaming accounts) for entertainment when calming inside. The condo has comfortable furnishings throughout and comfortable linens! Central heat & air offers comfort year-round and there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and cavernous with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a screened porch - the ideal place to relax after a day of golf/beach activity. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. Free linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included. Dogs are welcome with a non-returnable pet fee per dog and a 2 dog limit. The community has paths ideal for walking your dog throughout the surrounding residential areas.

Use of the Village Activity Center is available for an additional minimal fee payable directly to the facility on site. This facility is walking distance from the condo and is located at 200 Royal Poste Road.
