Say Aloha to your dream Bald Head Island vacation getaway!

Tucked into sought-after Cape Fear Station, this four-bedroom, 4.5-bath modern is close to the Conservancy, the Shoals Club, Cape Fear Commons and the Island's most esteemed beach-East Beach. Outside, you'll appreciate the enormous lot's privacy as well as its welcoming open courtyard's basketball goals, ping pong table and conversation circle. The home's clean lines, myriads of windows and modern architecture draws you into its very roomy, bright interior accentuated by soaring ceilings, gleaming bleached hardwoods and tasteful white shiplap. The living space, anchored by a decorative fireplace, offers the ideal spot for great conversations, delightful game playing or peaceful relaxation. The adjacent dining area is cavernous and provides access to an oversize side screen porch with another complete dining set (just steps from the outdoor kitchen) and an additional comfortable sitting area-so you can choose to savor meals inside or al fresco. The kitchen's humongous granite island features more seating (for five) at the breakfast bar and plenty of prep room for multiple chefs. This gourmet's delight is equipped with high-end stainless appliances, plenty of storage and a spacious pantry behind a barn door. This floor also homes the natural light-filled King Owner's suite with a spa-like bath and generous closet also behind a barn door.

Upstairs, there's another sunny living space and three more suites-another King, a very roomy Queen and a bunkroom with four Twins. Each proffers its own ensuite full bath. Stays here include use of two golf carts (a six-passenger and a four-passenger) and access to WWP's 24/7 Property Manager Assistance Line-which means you can reach needed help even after hours or on weekends. For an Island hideaway you'll always treasure, always say Aloha"! This property has a one-week-minimum stay year round.

How to book the best Wilmington, NC rental experience:

Sticking to a budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. To book the largest vacation home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Often, property management companies supply Wilmington, NC area visitor guides which include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local companies, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Wilmington, NC area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Use filters to narrow your rental search:

  • Start by having your family choose vacation dates and a spending budget.
  • Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your group needs. Say Knot on Call to your dream Bald Head Island vacation retreat! has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Wilmington, NC rental home search.
  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is regularly available online. If you don't see them listed, contact the host before you book the property. Note that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction? Use a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking
  • Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your property manager before booking, and study your agreement! Additional fees or charges applied to your invoice.

More considerations:

  • Be sure you get the property manager's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.
  • Make a record of any damages to the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if there is a dispute.
  • Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your peace and quiet. Apply the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental while you're away. Keep your property safe!
  • Double-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
