This 1600 sq ft home has high ceilings throughout, making it big enough for the family to spend time together, but also have their own space too. The home comfortably sleeps 6. There’s also a queen sleeper couch in the downstairs office if you’re looking to get cozy and accommodate 8 people.

Located upstairs, the cavernous master bedroom has a memory foam king bed and 32" intelligent TV. Guests will have to login to their own streaming services on this tv.

There are 2.5 bathrooms; a half bath located downstairs off of the living room & kitchen, a freshly refreshed full bathroom upstairs & a large en suite master bathroom.

PARKING
There are 2 complimentary driveway parking spots for guest use. Off street parking is not allowed. We are unable to accommodate more than 2 parking spots. The garage is off limits and for host use only.

SECURITY

For safety purposes, we have three actively recording cameras that record video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

We also use a noise monitoring device at this property; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).

Wilmington is home to this vacation home. Legion Stadium and Latimer House are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit The Cotton Exchange and Mayfaire Town Center. Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.

  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a wonderful time? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
