The Beach is so close you can smell the salty air and hear the waves crash as you appreciate your morning coffee on the covered back deck!
Our entirely equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to make yourself at home. To include pots, pans, tableware for 10, coffee grinder, coffee maker, coffee mugs (can you tell we value the importance of coffee!).
The condo sleeps 9 with 5 beds (1 King, 3 Queen, 1 Twin) and a pack and play. There is an elevator on site making unloading the car less of a hassle! Ceiling fans in every room, intelligent TVs in Room #1, Room #3 and the main living room.
Guests are less than a min. walk to the beach walkway, steps away from pickleball and basketball courts.
Guests also have access to an ocean front Pool, hot tub, kids pool and tiki bar! *Note: the pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day*
Linens and Towels are Supplied in the Rental Price. In Addition, All Beds Will Be Made Prior to Your Arrival. Just Come In and Begin to Unwind and Unwind.
The dining room table seats 8 and the bar has 4 bar stools, plenty of space for those family style dinners. Both the living room and kitchen face the ocean.
There is a full size washer and dryer available inside the condo for guests.

You Will Have Tandem Parking For 4 Vehicles, 2 Covered And 2 Uncovered.

Guests have access to the whole Condo with the exception of a locked owners closet in the primary bedroom.

  • Summer months are high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To book the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Wilmington, NC restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The sooner you can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
