This exceptional home was freshly refreshed throughout. A master bedroom with en suite and King size bed was added to make this home even better for your summer stay in Oak Island! Painless access to the outdoor shower from this bedroom.
As you enter in through the front door you will find an open floor plan living room and kitchen. Off the living room are two good size bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. Cavernous closets as well as a dresser and nighttime stands complete the room. The hall bathroom is centrally located and contains a tub/shower, sizable medicine cabinet and vanity.
The kitchen is completely equipped with all you will need to prepare and feel at home! Heading through the kitchen you enter a multi purpose room great for game nights on rainy days or sit down meals.
The master bedroom is off the multi-purpose room providing privacy from the bedrooms and bathroom on the opposite side of the home.
The home includes a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Appreciate the screened in back porch and enormous corner lot. Ample parking! Convenient access to the ICW and all the fun and dining OKI has to offer.
