“Sunset Breeze” is a 3- bedroom, 2- bathroom family home that has been appreciated and cared for by three generations! This first level unit features handsome wood floors that are original to the home, a comfortably furnished living area with flat screen TV, and a modernized galley kitchen that is outfitted with all the kitchen essentials to assist with your meal prep. The private dining area is located off the kitchen and has seating for six people. Appreciate delicious homemade meals with appreciated ones surrounded by the glow of ambient natural light that flows through the wall-to-wall windows in the dining room. There is ample seating in the living room for socializing with friends and family during your vacation.

As you make your way past the living room and down the hallway towards the bedrooms, the wood floors are a subtle reminder of the history of this home and really makes this property feel like “home”. The completely remodeled hall bathroom features a fresh clean style, great lighting, and a huge walk-in shower. A guest bedroom is across the hall and has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and is serviced by the hallway bathroom - a great room for the younger family members of your group! The second guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable full-sized bed and has convenient access to the hall bathroom.

At the end of the hall is the roomy master suite complete with a cozy and welcoming king-sized bed. Guests of this room will savor the refreshed private ensuite bathroom and direct access to the broad back deck. The enormous deck is covered so that it can be appreciated in any weather and is a really peaceful setting! It’s a ideal spot for reading, outdoor dining with the family, or simply calming! Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean in the mornings, appreciate watching the south end kite surfers during the day, and catch dazzling sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway in the evening.
