Surfside Retreat 5min walk to downtown CB - Vacation rental home in Carolina Beach, NC

Summary:
Surfside Retreat is located on the upper level of a Carolina Beach duplex. This home was newly refreshed in 2021 and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Surfside Retreat is a ideal hideaway spot to relax but also has the amenities to work remote if needed. Savor a short 5-10 min. walk to downtown eateries, the boardwalk, and beaches to experience all that CB has to offer!!!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everybody has their own preferences for these =) Please review our home rules prior to your stay There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays

Surfside getaway is a super location- within walking distance to the famed CB lake, boardwalk, dining, shopping and more! Mix of full time residents and visitors.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at home

-Walk, bicycle, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bicycle and golf cart units are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
This home is equipped with a water filtration and water softener system. Appreciate filtered water from the kitchen sink tap and refrigerator!

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
