It just doesn’t get any better than this if you are coming with a crowd but want to have down-time privacy and flexibility to fix meals at separate times as you come and go from the beach or fishing cruises. There are interior luxury living, dining, and cooking spaces on two different levels of the home. In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Parking: Private Driveway with parking for 4 cars, size dependent. Boat trailer parking allowed. 
Linens: Sheets and Towels are supplied by a professional linen service in sealed sanitary packages which will be laying on the top of the bedspread. 

Arrival/Departure: 
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4pm and are guaranteed by 6pm 
Off Season Check-ins begin at 3pm and are guaranteed by 5pm 
Check-out is by 10 AM. 
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy: 
min. of two dogs allowed, each no bigger than 50 pounds. Pet costs for first dog are supplied in your reservation. Fees apply if there is an additional dog. 

Cancellation Policy: 
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking 
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee 
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
