This peaceful neighborhood home is just 10 mins. from historic downtown, Wilmington and gorgeous Wrightsville beach with simple access just miles from I-40, with great local shopping and eateries. The home is completely remodeled and extremely clean, with new floors and paint . Three cavernous bedrooms with new beds, Roku tvs, ceiling fans and ample closet space in each. Hallway washer and dryer. New kitchen cabinets, countertops, sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher as well as a stovetop with oven, microwave , toaster, keurig coffee maker and entirely functioning refrigerator with freezer. Dedicated workspace for computer with wireless Wi-Fi. Fenced in backyard with canopy covered patio, with seating and cornhole. Private driveway with well lit walkway to the enclosed, wraparound, covered front porch with swing.
