This gorgeous oceanfront home has a new crofter that will accommodate the 5th Bedroom and loft! |New kitchen with granite, new cabinets, new baths, hard wood floor, and all bathrooms upgraded with all new materials, new carpet throughout & more!

Stunning ocean vistas of South Beach and sunsets with the sound of crashing waves will invite you to stay at the Hartshorn House. Great for Families with kids. . Private beach access. Striking wall of glass doors overlooks ocean. Great screened-in porch. Beautiful ceramic tile in living and dining areas downstairs. Enormous living area.

Master has a King bed, private deck. Guest rooms have: 2 twins and 1 Queen bed. 1 Bunk bed . 1 Queen - In new Crofter plus tent size loft great for kids (2 twins in loft) Sleeps 10 total.

Three 4-passenger golf carts. We do not maintain or advertise bicycles at the home, you may rent bicycles at Riverside Adventure or Coastal Urge on the Island. A BHI Club Membership is available but not included. 3 Day Stay stays off season are available, please inquire for details and prices. Taxes are not supplied, and are an additional 12.75%
