Original owner, like new home. 4 bedroom, 2 bath open concept home ready for you! Sleeps 9. During peak Summer season we are a Friday to Friday rental (June 5th to September 4th) You don't have to deal with any Island switchover traffic and you get a whole weekend to appreciate Island festivals. We are 125 steps from our driveway to the Beach. Two completely shaded concrete driveway parking. Huge outdoor shower! All new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. WIFI and TVs in all rooms with Yahoo TV, Netflix, Vudu, Amazon Prime and More! Bamboo floors. Carpeted bedrooms. Tiled baths. Screened back porch. Short walk to Fishing Pier.

Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island, is home to this vacation home. Oak Island Golf Club and The Reserve Golf Club at St. James Plantation are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Caswell Beach and 57th Place West Access Park.   • Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
  • Re-check the property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear about it. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
