  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Summer months are high season in the Wilmington, NC area. To find the best value, try shifting your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.   • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did you have a great stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
