Home is turnkey, in a peaceful location, and roomy for huge group vacations - 2 king suites, 3 ensuite bathrooms. Beach access located at 1004 1/2 Fort Fisher Boulevard with a seasonal lifeguard and is NOT surrounded by high rise condos or huge hordes. Savor partial ocean vistas from kitchen and dining rooms hear the ocean waves from the two sizable front decks.

Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Some property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
• Property management companies typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peace. Use the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and places you would have not otherwise known about!
