A marvelous vacation awaits you in this oceanfront townhome with spectacular ocean vistas. Located on the South End of the beach and walking distance to The Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier. Substantial oceanfront decks are off of the living room and master bedroom, as well as decks off of each bedroom facing the sound!

The ground floor has parking, an outdoor shower, and is available to store your beach equipment. Enter the unit and go up one flight of stairs to the first level. This level has a sizable living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is completely supplied with everything you could need to make a family meal!   • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
