"3 Little Birds" is a reverse floor plan home with 4 Bedrooms, 4 1/2 Baths with a separate crofter. The amazing vistas of the marsh are just unbelievable! We are located in Cape Fear Station, a min. golf cart ride to the Shoals Club and did we mention the marsh front vistas?! There are 3 bedroom suites including 2 huge master suites with king beds, both have private porches. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bath. The crofter is a separate bedroom and bath off of the main home with a double bed. The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless appliances, gas stove, wine cooler and a well supplied kitchen!
