How about a Villa on Bald Head Island just a hop and skip to the beach?

We are also only right across the foot-bridge to the Bald Head Island Clubhouse & Pool as well having
three decks to kick back and soak in the gorgeous vistas of the 18 th Hole, Club House or top deck view of
Ocean.

We furnished this Villa so all you have to do is pack your bags and hop in the car.

There is something really magical about the ocean and music. We hope Villa #34 delivers a anxiety-complimentary
experience so you can focus on what's really important: connecting with friends and family.

About the Area

Located in Bald Head Island, this villa is on a river. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport and Bald Head Island Information Center. Get the most from your spending budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. Booking in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wilmington, NC vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
• Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Property management companies often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
• Lock your rental home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
• Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will will be grateful for your review find their best rental home.
