The whole upstairs has been completely updated with new floor, new bathrooms & a loft serving as a second living area ideal for kids.   • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wilmington, NC area. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
