New to the Hobbs Realty rental program, the Island Boulevard home is ideal for your next beach hideaway! Located on the relaxing marsh, you will appreciate your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular vistas from the marsh decks. The wildlife and natural vistas are really special on Holden Beach, but especially on this elegant marsh. Inside, you will find an inverted floor plan to help maximize those island vistas! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and modern beach decor await you at this special spot. Appreciate preparing meals in the supplied kitchen with double ovens and stainless appliances. There is seating for 8 at the enormous dining room table that can double as a great spot for game nighttime. Seating for 2 at the kitchen bar. There is even additional sleeping with the queen sleeper couch in the living room! Beach access just West of the property between 677 OBW and 679 OBW, this is a sizable public beach access with a ramp for convenience.

Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. This owner also provides a few beach chairs, a cooler, body boards, and beach games! This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.

No smoking and no family pets. Occupancy is limited to 8.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Sailfish Park.
