There is one bedroom on the main living area level (1st floor) and provides a queen-sized bed, a TV, and deck access that looks out to the street. Ascend the stairs to the second level, where you will find three additional bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed (sound view), one with two twin-sized beds (street facing), and one with a king-sized bed (street facing). (Please note: the bedroom with the two twin beds does NOT have a closet.) A queen-sized pull out couch is located on this floor as well. The third floor homes the primary master suite which has a king-sized bed, a TV, a cavernous ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, and a wet bar with a refrigerator. The master suite has a private deck looking out to the sound. The sixth and final bedroom is also located on the top floor and has two twin-sized beds and an additional-long twin-sized daybed and a TV. Ocean vistas are prominent from this room, and deck access is available with both sound and ocean vistas. On the ground floor, you’ll find a ping pong table, comfortable couches, an Xbox game console, and a half bathroom.This home is equipped with an elevator, an outdoor shower, a grille, beach chairs, beach games, a water mat/float, a cooler, pack-n-play, a full-sized washer and dryer and more. The private dock has a fishing cleaning station with power and water. Please note this is a shared dock with neighbors. Guests can take in both sound and ocean vistas from multiple decks and a rooftop crows nest. There is parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars depending on size. For entertainment, high speed internet, multiple TVs, Cable TV, and an Xbox are supplied.There is a keyless entry lock on this door only. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-anxiety, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
