You get entire 3-bedroom home for you and your group. The property is a duplex. You will be sharing a wall with neighbors. Parking spots will be in the designated driveway. Two cars fit conveniently in our section of the driveway and one in the garage.

  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Frequently, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically help. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
