Our namesake Live Oak trees, porches, and sun room make The Grove a calming sanctuary after a day of exploring the island. The huge front and back yards offer ample space to roam. The home is single-story with an open and airy feeling. The main highlights of the space include heritage live oaks and a relaxing conditioned sun room on the back of the home. The home has been freshly refreshed - including new floor, paint, ceilings, and granite countertops in the kitchen.

- There is a 55" ROKU TV in the living area and a relaxing sectional couch.
- The dining table seats six.
- There is an additional dining or work-space in the sun room. This room can be closed off to allow for remote work.
