There is also a dedicated desk with an external monitor setup for working remotely.

Use the four cruiser bicycles for painless transport around town - beach chairs and toys provide added convenience. The Intracoastal Waterway is a half a mile from home and the beach is within walking distance. After fun-filled days, relax for movie nights on the intelligent TV in the living area. The pristine kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and helpful gadgets like a Ninja blender and beverage glasses.

Know before you go:

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Re-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific stay? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear about it.
