The home is freshly modernized and at the time of this posting, all the furnishings, appliances, bed linen, kitchen silverware, and cookware, etc are being delivered. She will be complete by the end of August and ready to rent on September 1st, 2022. She has brand new kitchen cabinets and LVP floor. The two guest bedrooms have carpets. New Washer and Dryer, Microwave, and Fridge along with a dishwasher too. Everything you need is included to move in and appreciate this special space. There is a huge fenced-in back yard and I am open to discussing family pets along with a nonrefundable pet deposit on a case-by-case basis, supplied there is zero chance of the pet being a neighborhood nuisance and or potential damage to the interior of the home or the back yard. Centrally located in a peaceful neighborhood. This pretty home can sleep 8. A King, Queen, and 4 bunk beds await you along with a gas fireplace for those cooler evenings indoors. I hope to have an outdoor fire pit by the time September rolls around but that may not make the cut-off date.
