Located just across from the beach access, it was constructed in 2017 and features a wide range of opulent amenities that will leave you and your group with a lasting impression. Savor days calming by the private saltwater pool or on one of the multiple balconies, where you can soak up some sun and take in the gorgeous vistas. Every inch of this home has been thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, such as granite countertops, bespoke tile floors, and two primary suites (one on each level) with their own full bathrooms. There is even an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water options for rinsing off after a day spent swimming or relaxing at the beach. The rare corner lot is also located steps away from the 30th Place West Dock, that's great for launching kayaks and includes a floating dock for fishing or crabbing!

The handsome coastal design extends into the first primary bedroom suite on this top floor! It features an extravagant king-size bed, enormous flatscreen TV, and a door with direct access to the oceanfront balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a massive tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. This floor is complete by a half bath and multiple doorways that lead out to the top-level balconies — ideal for catching the impressive Oak Island sunsets!

Heading downstairs to the lower level, you'll find the second primary suite with a plush king-size bed, huge flatscreen TV, and a door with direct access to the first-floor balcony! The ensuite bathroom has a massive tiled walk-in shower and dual vanity. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a double bed, a twin-size bed, and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom is connected to the fourth bedroom by the shared Jack and Jill bathroom, which has a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination! Last but not least, the final bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a twin trundle.

We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.

Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.

Note that most property listings specify maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what configuration is right for your vacation.
If your family is traveling with pets, you must book a pet-friendly property. Request details on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Note that some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.

Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed everything on check-out day. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
