Constructed in 2017, the home comes entirely furnished for modern coastal living with perks and highlights including an all-new and completely up-to-date interior, a huge covered porch with pretty beach vistas, an outdoor shower, and a beach wagon packed with toys for countless family fun on the sand. Catch phenomenal sunrise vistas from the front porch before loading up the wagon and strolling less than a block to the beach. The 30th Place West Dock is less than two blocks behind the home. Evenings can be appreciated roasting s'mores around the wood-burning firepit in the yard.

As a new addition to the vacation rental market, the home's immaculate interior is complimentary from everyday wear and tear. All the furnishings and appliances have seen little use and are sure to provide ultimate, carefree comfort. The stainless steel full kitchen makes it painless to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Intelligent TVs and board games are supplied for home entertainment. Free WiFi is equipped for streaming, web browsing, or remote working.

When to book & When to go:

  • To get the largest rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
  • Property management companies usually offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for specifics.

  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
