A community pool shared with only a handful of neighbors is steps away, as well as a striking dock for fishing, kayak access, or just taking in the surroundings. Savor a completely refreshed lower level, including a new tiki bar, 70" TV, pool table, patio, porch swing and space for corn hole or tossing a football!
