"Beachside Breeze" Condo with partial ocean vistas is located in the "Sand Pebbles" condo complex unit C5. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo. Walking distance to multiple eateries with a private beach access. Beachside Breeze is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom comfortable condo that is just steps away from the ocean. This condo complex has 2 pools and 2 private beach accesses with outdoor showers.

This condo is completely furnished and includes clean bed linens and fresh towels for your stay. Kitchen is entirely outfitted with all of the basic cooking and dining silverware that one can expect along with a few upgraded items such as an Air fryer, French press, Keurig, and mini waffle maker. Under the kitchen sink you will find garbage bags, cleaning products, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. Kitchen towels and new sponge are supplied for every stay. Courtesy travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are left in each bathroom as well as (1) starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Other starter items such as paper towels and coffee are included.

The master bedroom has a brand-new KING bed, intelligent TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a brand-new FULL bed and TWIN bed, intelligent TV, and full-size arcade game.

The condo is in the heart of Carolina Beach and within 1 mile from the world-famed Boardwalk and everything it has to offer. Directly across the street from this condo complex you will find Uncle Vinny's Pizzeria & Ristorante, The Spot Bar & Kitchen, and the Peach Cobbler Factory. Within a 4-min. walk from the condo you will find the Ocean Grille & Tiki Bar and Funtime Ice Cream. Half of a mile from the condo you will find the Veggie Wagon, Butts n Such BBQ, Hang Ten Grille, the Carolina Beach Lake, Squigley's Ice Cream & Treats, and a gas station/convenience store.

Located on the beach, this condo is in Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent reviews to drive more bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
