Entirely equipped kitchen with all appliances including a new dishwasher and glass top stove, washer & dryer, eat in bar and 8 chair dining table. Enclosed outdoor shower w with hot/cold water, covered porch with rockers on front with handsome vistas of ocean. Enormous open deck on back with charcoal grille. Single car garage below. Non-Smoking. Pet Friendly (bring Spot or Fluffy along, but sorry no cats). Added a new bath and dining room (400 sq. ft.)!!!!
