This Hobbs Intelligent Home (2K, 2Q, 1DB w/TB) has a bright open floor plan with two separate living areas, a dining area, cavernous bedrooms, and a kitchen with an eat-in bar, two fridges, a Keurig, and a sizable crockpot.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

  • In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
