When you walk in, the first thing you'll see is your "tranquility" of the Atlantic Ocean. On this floor is a living room, charmingly refreshed kitchen, and a bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom is furnished with a queen and a twin, and also has it's own balcony with impressive vistas of the marsh and waterway. The washer and dryer are also on this floor.
