70in FSTV in living area, plus each bedroom has 32in TV. Wireless internet, unlimited long-distance phone. Wood floor and tile on 1st level, carpet and tile on 2nd level. Dining room table seats 12, additional drop-leaf table seats four, with 16 dining room chairs available. Also, a game table with four chairs. Covered deck 1st level, deck off Oceanfront bedrooms both levels. Hot tub on OF deck, Gazebo on Deck to beach. Hot/Cold Rinse off shower ground level and cold rinse off on deck from beach. Great vistas from all decks.

New in 2022: New carpet in bedrooms, new beach-themed paint, and new Queen-sized beds and linens upstairs. The main floor has a new kitchen sink and air fryer while the outside added a park charcoal grille so you can bring your own charcoal and grilling tools to appreciate your favorite grilled dinner.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island.
