Upstairs, on the main level, you'll be greeted by the open floor plan with handsome and intricate coastal-inspired details throughout! The living space has enchanting vaulted ceilings, a comfortable leather sectional, and a huge flatscreen TV. The impressive bespoke dining table will definitely take your breath away with its unique design and seating for up to 12. We know you want to relax without stopping at the store when you get to the island. To get you started, we provide a welcome kit that includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, a dishwasher pod, a washing machine pod, dishwashing soap, hand soap at every sink, bath soap, and shampoo/conditioner.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
