Casa Verde is a historic home on a cobblestone street, ideal for huge families or groups of friends. 3 floors, 3 separate condos each with full kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bath. 3 levels of adjoining patios overlook the giant backyard. Two blocks from Cape Fear Riverwalk, stores, eateries, cafes & wedding venues.

The Space:
Charming historic home on a handsome street. Each level is its own separate, unique space with private entrance and patio. 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the second bedroom in the lower unit has a twin with trundle. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. 3 kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, and patios with seating and tables ensure plenty of space for the whole group. Patios overlook sizable private backyard with hammock and bbq area.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and yard.

The Neighborhood:
Charming cobblestone street in historic downtown Wilmington, two blocks from the Cape Fear River. Appreciate shopping, dining, and the riverwalk only a couple of blocks away.

Getting Around:
Guests will be supplied with 4 parking passes for street parking in front of home, additional parking is available close by. Home is very walkable to most activities downtown.

  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let burglars spoil your trip.
  • Re-check the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
