3 bedroom 2 bath, only 3 miles to Carolina Beach, 11 miles to Downtown Wilmington. 6 miles to the Fort Fisher Ferry. 10 miles to UNCW & 14 miles from ILM airport. Very close to eateries and grocery stores

Appreciate the enormous front porch to sit and watch the handsome North Carolina sunset in the evenings while listening to the sounds of the whippoorwills
Family time is important, spend it together under one roof.

We also have security cameras on the driveways, we can’t see it but it records in the basement.
