3 bedroom 2 bath, only 3 miles to Carolina Beach, 11 miles to Downtown Wilmington. 6 miles to the Fort Fisher Ferry. 10 miles to UNCW & 14 miles from ILM airport. Very close to eateries and grocery stores

Appreciate the sizable front porch to sit and watch the beautiful North Carolina sunset in the evenings while listening to the sounds of the whippoorwills

We also have security cameras on the driveways, we can’t see it but it records in the basement.
