This appealing coastal home, with unique layout, is the ideal spot for a BHI vacation. As you ascend to the main entrance, an inviting front deck gracefully extends to a cavernous back deck, ideal for outdoor living. Upon entering the home, you'll discover generously sized living spaces, including a screened porch, sunken formal dining room with wine/beer refrigerator, a living room with soaring ceilings and fireplace, a entirely modernized kitchen with new appliances and an broad bar island. The first level is finished by a half bathroom and three bedrooms: two primary king bedrooms with TVs and ensuite bathrooms, third bedroom with two twin beds and T.V.. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (one queen, two doubles with TV), a bathroom, and a loft area. Throughout the home, glimpses of the ocean and the adjacent golf course can be appreciated. Under the raised pilings, the first floor features a garage, storage area, mud room, and convenient indoor and outdoor showers.

The home comes equipped with a beach tent, beach chairs and games for kids of all ages.

The home has two golf carts to transport you around the island; a six-seater and a four-seater (one a new 2022 Bentelli).

Option for BOTH Shoals Club and/or Bald Head Island Club memberships - separate price(s).

One outdoor video cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage remains private and in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.

About the Area

Bald Head Island is home to this vacation home. Smith Island Museum of History and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wilmington, NC area. Booking your vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • The sooner you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
