Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Roof top deck is not included.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome with a nonrefundable fee that is charged per pet. min. of 2 dogs per reservation.

• Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected everything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on good reviews to propel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your feedback find their best vacation home. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
