This is a First Floor Luxury Direct Ocean - Beach Front Condo! Just Steps to the Beach! Wi-Fi! Linens Supplied. This gorgeous first floor condominium comes with an broad deck with 2 sliding glass doors that lead to the living room and master bedroom with the most comfortable upgraded king-size bed. A second deck overlooking the full-size pool leads to the second bedroom, complete with a cozy queen bed and twin trundle bed. Even though it is on first floor, it's high enough to view over the dunes and see the beach/ocean. First floor means less steps to the condo. Especially helpful when you are lugging baggage, food and beach supplies.

This condo has one of the biggest oceanfront decks in Carolina Beach: Covered Deck (12' x 24') - Watch the sunrise or view the dolphins and surfers play in the sea. Most of our guests spend much of their time on the deck that has a very comfortable couch & chair, 6 high sitting captain chairs and a bar height table set to appreciate the view, dine, or play games. Even if rain, you can sit out on the deck appreciating the beach/ocean sights since it is covered. Just below the deck is an outdoor shower and in the grass area, we have a BBQ to savor preparing your food outside.

The Kitchen has brand new top of the line cabinets, counter tops and all is decorated in warm comfortable colors. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare your meals. The condo is also Wi-Fi Ready. You will find books & games for your added enjoyment.

Just outside the condo is the sizable, handsome beach that stretches for miles. There is even a lifeguard stand right on the beach, outside our building for your added swimming safety!

Adding to the enjoyment of your stay is the appealing town of Carolina Beach itself. Carolina Beach is a real, year-round community with friendly people, a wide range of eateries, famed Britt’s Doughnuts, ice cream, frozen yogurt, coffee stores, bars and cozy beach stores of all kinds. On Thursday nighttime in the summer there are fireworks from the beach and complimentary family movies at the close by lake on Sundays - check for updates on activities before and during your stay. You won’t want to miss the Boardwalk, ranked one of the top 10 boardwalks in the country by Food and Wine Magazine, with its stores and fun food as well as the Ferris wheel and carnival rides throughout the summer.

All of this, and Hang Ten Grille, Squiggles, Pops Diner, Majik Beans, Sea Merchant market, Tony's bicycle/surf rental, Vinny's Pizza, Granny's Kitchen, Carolina Smokehouse, Kure Beach pier/bait and gift shop, Freddie's Restaurant, Kure Beach diner, Jack Mackerel's Island Grille, Happy Hippie's coffee shop, tennis/pickleball courts and playground - all of this and more are within walking distance! A short walk from the condo is the Ocean Grille Restaurant and Tiki Bar which offers outdoor bar service and live music while overlooking the ocean.

Rent or bring your bicycle (bicycle rack on south side of building next to beach access path) and ride through New Green Way trail which can be accessed about ¼ mile up South Carolina Ave. Or, if you prefer hiking, head out to the wooded trails at the Carolina Beach State Park which runs along a riverbed. Either location is also great for running.

Visit The Carolina Beach Marina and take a sightseeing cruise or charter fishing expedition. Anglers, the fishing is great! Fish on the beach, from the pier, catch a head boat, charter a boat, or launch your own at a public launch. There are many water sports to enjoy. You can rent or bring your own equipment for snorkeling, surfing and boating adventures.

Visit the North Carolina Aquarium located at the south end of the island or take a short ferry ride to Southport for the day, where you can enjoy quaint shopping, sightseeing and outstanding local seafood dining on the water. Historic Wilmington, on the Cape Fear River only 20 mins. away, is where you'll find the USS North Carolina Battleship, ghost walks, horse drawn carriage rides, boat excursions, waterfront eateries, antique stores, and more.
