The best of beach adventures awaits your family in this amazing oceanfront home. Two separate living areas with five bedrooms (2K,2Q, 4T), means there is room for everybody! Covered porches with rocking chairs and boardwalk benches offer countless ocean vistas. A foot shower along the boardwalk and an enclosed outdoor shower ensure that outdoor beach living is painless.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
• In the Wilmington, NC area, The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
