This home is within walking distance of multiple local eateries, breweries, stores, and the riverwalk, while additional must-visit destinations can also be found close by including the Cargo District, the Brooklyn Arts District, and the Soda Pop District. Venture out a little farther to discover numerous other attractions including Battleship North Carolina, Airlie Gardens, the Country Club of Landfall, and Johnnie Mercers Fishing Pier, all within 10 miles of your door.

Inside, this home features numerous original features including a clawfoot tub, three decorative fireplaces, 10-foot ceilings, and elegant wood floors. Prepare your favorite dishes in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gather for meals beneath the fashonable chandelier in the formal dining room, and then settle into the main living area to watch TV into the evening. This home also includes a home office with a desk and chair if you need to set up your laptop for remote work or schooling.
