Resting directly on the marsh, this elegantly decorated second row home is impressive! You will savor the inverted floor plan, with the sizable open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen located on the 2nd level. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished, complete with unique additional seating, beautiful floor, and modern lighting. The prepare in your family will adore creating gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with granite countertops, subway tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. There is enough space for the entire family to gather for family meals or play games.

This living area also features a computer monitor with HDMI input and fast WiFi if you need to work while visiting.
