Recently refreshed for summer of 2025! Our family loves to vacation at the beach and we think you will find that our home has everything your family needs to appreciate a calming time on BHI.

Our home is 2500 square feet all on one level and offers generous living, dining and kitchen areas in the center between the 2 sleeping areas. Great vistas from every room. This layout makes it a ideal vacation rental for 2 modest or one huge family. The home is 50 steps across the street from the beach access and a 7 min. walk to the Bald Head Island Club. It is a short ten min. ride to the Maritime Market and about the same distance to the island ferry landing.

• East side has 2 Queen bedrooms, Bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a bathroom to share.

• West side has King Bedroom with en suite full bath, Full bathroom off of hallway and bedroom with 2 twins and bunk single.

• Center living area has a sizable seating area and wet bar as well as a smaller seating area and a casual dining/game table. Giant dining area seats 10 comfortably. Also supplied is a Intelligent TV, DVD/CD player and a wide variety of music CD’s

• Galley kitchen (remodeled spring of 2022) opens to the living area with a breakfast bar for 3. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs.

• South west facing enormous front deck with screen porch as well as a new sun room which has a spectacular view of South Beach. Sensational place to watch the sunset! A new deck on the East side of the home also provides great vistas and more outside space to savor the ocean breeze and relax.

• Cool and inviting north east facing rear deck is a great place for peaceful afternoon reading.

• Outdoor shower with dressing area to refresh yourself and the kids after a day at the beach.

We have 3 four passenger golf carts. There is decking under the home which is a nice hangout area for kids with ping pong, pop-a-shot, corn hole and other games. There is a modernized master bath and updated outdoor shower. There is all new paint inside and out, an ice maker and drink refrigerator. There is a hammock on the back deck.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Book your vacation in Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.

  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
