Come and "Sea" us right in the heart of Bald Head Island Marina at this four bedroom four and a half bath home! This home has a reverse floor plan which is made to savor the striking water vistas in the harbor. The first floor has two bedrooms with queen beds with their own bathrooms. The second floor is the living space and kitchen along with a half bath. The third floor has another queen bedroom with its own private bath. It doesn't stop there! There is a crofter located right above the garage next to the home with its own little getaway that has a two twin beds and bath. Talk about porch space, this home has a swinging day bed downstairs on an open porch to appreciate the salty breeze and the living space on the 2nd floor has a screened in porch overlooking beautiful sunsets. When to book & When to go:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best rental for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses.
