House is completely equipped with linens, a humongous, well-outfitted kitchen, Weber Grille, beach supplies (beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas & sand toys) and family games for all. Pack 'n Play, Playard, high chair, booster seat and infant gate are on site for those with modest kids and babies.
