This bespoke home includes an elevator, 5 bedrooms, (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). A massive completely appointed kitchen with vistas overlooking the lake. Space for the whole family!
Enter the home from the covered parking area with space for 4 cars, into a enclosed entry with a splendid white oak staircase and first floor elevator that will take you to each level making bring in groceries, suitcases etc very simple.

THE SECOND FLOORING includes two primary bedrooms:

Bedroom #1 has a QUEEN size bed, bespoke walk in shower with roomy vanity. This bedroom has its own private balcony, great for people watching on the lake and appreciating your morning coffee.

Bedroom #2 has a KING size bed, its own private bathroom with tub and big sky vistas of the wetlands.

The second floor is also where the washer and dryer are located.

THE THIRD FLOORING includes three bedrooms:

Bedroom #3 has TWO TWIN sized beds with its own private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
