Freshly modernized, canal/waterfront home with dock located in the central part of the island near the pier. Less than 4 min. walk to the beach and pier! Short bicycle ride or walk to downtown. View the intracoastal while appreciating the cavernous dock, or the ocean from the front deck. Fish or crab from the dock, appreciate paddleboards on the canals, or simply relax in a hammock under the home. Watch the sunrise and sunset from the covered porches while listening to the ocean! This home has it all!

We also have paddleboards you can use in the canals, corn hole boards for the back yard, and bocce ball for the beach.

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Document any damages to the property during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if a dispute arises.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
